Since owning this pan, my girlfriend insisted we get the kitchen toolkit to replace all of our utensils that had been dinged and nicked over the years. I bake bread daily, use this cast iron for 2-4lbs cuts of meat to then toss into a soup, or make some good sunny side up eggs with homemade toast. Just great and can’t wait to really create space for these pans to hang.

My food is cooked very well in the cast iron. This was my first time buying a cast iron skillet. I would definitely recommend this cast iron.

The only thing I would suggest is directions included as to how to care for a cast iron skillet that are more detailed, or an accompanied video. Mine had a little rust on it (probably because it travelled a longer distance), so directions as to how to properly remedy that, and how to pre season it, without my emailing to ask, and tons of research on YouTube would have been helpful. I ended up not seasoning it correctly because the instructions I did receive were a little vague, so the process of fixing it has been a little bit inconvenient, but I still do love the skillet, and was more than happy to buy black and buy Caribbean.
